Backtrackers Genealogy was founded by Tracie McFadden Burns to help people trace their family histories, tell their stories for events and for future generations, and store their information online so their grandchildren and their grandchildren's grandchildren can better understand who they were. By using free online sites to create password-protected family trees, Backtrackers helps ensure that the information gathered will be available to future generations. And by including short video stories and video scrapbooks, Backtrackers helps make family history more relevant to younger generations who want to learn on their devices.
